Court of Jurisdiction
It is agreed that the court in Innsbruck shall have subject matter jurisdiction for the accommodation facility.
In your own interests and to avoid misunderstandings, reservations and cancellations shall be accepted solely in written form by e-mail, fax or post. Bookings and information by telephone can not be guaranteed.
The designated rest periods and the speed restriction of 10 km/h must be observed. Period of quiet from 12:30 – 2:00 p.m.
Dogs must be kept on leads and do their “business” outside of the site’s premises. Failure to comply can lead to the guests being asked to leave.
The type of waste disposal is written on each of the allocated containers and waste separation must strictly be adhered to in accordance with Austrian law. Anyone who fails to comply will be observed by the permanent camera and given a warning.
It is necessary to service the whole facility daily and to prepare the camping spaces. Therefore short disturbances may arise – we thank you for your understanding.
Schloss Camping GmbH assumes no liability for damages, accidents, losses or other irregularities. All liability for damage due to force majeure, e.g. weather, strike, is excluded.
Guests are obliged to compensate directly for any damage caused by them.
